Requirements

Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctorate degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
Current state licensure as an Occupational Therapist.
1-year proven experience in occupational therapy (preferred, but new graduates are welcome to apply).
Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team setting.
Passion for helping patients achieve their full potential.

Responsibilities

Assess patients' physical, emotional, and social abilities and develop personalized treatment plans.
Provide therapeutic interventions to improve patients' motor skills, coordination, and daily living activities.
Educate patients and their families about exercises and therapeutic techniques to continue progress at home.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure a comprehensive approach to patient care.
Document patient progress, treatment plans, and outcomes accurately and in a timely manner.
Maintain compliance with state and federal regulations, as well as professional standards.
